When arriving at our SPA, we will provide you with everything you'll need to live the best wellness experience.

Showers and changing rooms are also available for external guests who want to enjoy relaxing moments.

At the end of the wellness path, we will welcome you in the reax area to rehydrate yourself with our herbal teas.

Our staff, after listening to your needs, will arrange a personalized wellness program and spa treatments.

To guarantee an intimate moment to our guests, all services need to be booked in advance.
We will be happy to welcome you at the reception 10 minutes before the established time of arrival
Please take note that in case of delay, you cannot extend the duration of your treatment, while the full amount of the service will be charged anyway. This is because we want to avoid any inconvenient to the other guests.
To confirm the reservation, we kindly ask you a credit card number as guarantee. Two Days before your arrival date, we will pre-authorize the total of the amount from your card. Anyway, you can choose payment modalities at the end of the treatment.
In case of no show or cancellation less than 2 days before, you will be charged the total price. In case of pre-authorization on your credit card, guests must be aware that if they choose a different payment modality, the bank will release the amount back 30 days later the pre-authorization.

We recommend washing off any body creams, makeup or sun creams and to tie up your hair.
Swimsuits are required. In case you do not have one, contact the operator who will provide a disposable costume.
Access to the Spa is permitted only to individuals who are not affected by pathologies and who have not undergone surgery in the last 6 months.
In case of diseases, access will be allowed only if in possession of a medical certificate.
Access is not allowed to children under 16 years of age.
For pregnant women, access will be allowed only if in possession of a medical certificate that certifies the possibility of access without risks and complications.
