With the reopening of our hotel, starting from the month of May 2020, the Hotel Covo dei Saraceni in Polignano a Mare wants to guarantee maximum serenity to its customers.

Precisely for this purpose, the Travel Safely with Hotel Covo dei Saraceni program was born, a security protocol developed together with industry experts that goes well beyond compliance with the minimum legal requirements imposed by national and regional government provisions.

DISPENSER

In each area of the hotel Dispensers with disinfectant gel are available to our guests and collaborators.

SAFETY DEVICES

Safety devices such as masks, gloves and sanitizing gel are available to all guests and staff.

TRAINING

Our head of personnel have carried out training courses on safety and sanitation measures so that they can safely carry out the assigned tasks.

ROOMS

We will intensify the sanitization procedures and integrate air sanitization with systems that use dry steam, guaranteeing a degree of hygiene comparable to that of an operating group, with the abatement, certified up to 99.999%, of the pathogenic charges present.

COMMON SPACES

We guarantee social distancing by reducing the level of occupation of the structure by creating entry and exit paths.

RESTAURANT

We guarantee the spacing of the tables of one meter in all our rooms (even the external ones) and we will insert the booking obligation, to ensure compliance with the numbers. In addition, a self-certification attesting to the departure will be required as a prevention tool. Body temperature may be detected, preventing access in the event of a temperature > 37.5 ° C.

WELLNESS CENTER

All activities in our wellness center will be exclusive and limited in number, so as to guarantee safety distances. In addition, water monitoring will be carried out daily, in particular the level of PH and chlorine will be monitored. Our operators are equipped with all ad hoc individual protection devices.

EMPLOYEES

Our employees are monitored daily with body temperature control according to the DPCM of 24 April 2020.
